About the Journal
CLEAR: Criminal Law Review is a periodical scientific journal with the Open Journal System (OJS) for management publication. CLEAR was published by the Islamic Criminal Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, National Islamic University of Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember.
CLEAR: Criminal Law Review is a journal that contains research papers, publishes article on law criminal from perspectives islamic and normative. This journal emphasizes aspects of positive legal with special reference to Islamic criminal law or criminal law (normative).
CLEAR: Criminal Law Review has a vision to become a leading scientific journal in the development of Criminal Law. CLEAR receive manuscripts of reports on empirical research results and manuscripts on theoretical studies that are in accordance with CLEAR's vision.
